Wanted to come here and say how amazing Oz hair is both online and in-store. The online customer service is amazing and efficient. I also went into the Castle Towers store on Saturday and even though the product I was after was not available in-store the wonderful lady (I forgot to ask her name) working there was more than happy to help place my order online and have it shipped out to me. The offers at Oz hair are amazing and I have officially switched to Oz hair as my go to for hair products. 🩷

I had such an amazing experience at Oz Hair & Beauty in Castle Towers! A huge thank you to Laura and Pascale (the manager) who went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect curler and products for my hair. They both spent so much time with me, patiently explaining the differences between each option and making sure I found what would work best for my fine hair that doesn’t hold curl easily. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable - it’s rare to come across staff who are this helpful and passionate. I left feeling confident with my purchase and so appreciative of the time they took to help me. Highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Laura or Pascale - they’re amazing! 💛

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. I was in the store Thursday to check out the brushes & styling products to help my daughter who is a dancer to keep her thick hair slicked back after I had been in another store & got totally ignored. Pascale came over & gave advice on how I could do it better with products I was already using. No hard sell to try & sell her products instead with her calming nature, friendly voice & extensive knowledge she assured me I was on the right track. I ended up with a great deal on hair accessories that I can put away for Christmas. I did purchase a brush to help with the slicking effect on daughter’s hair. And an awesome product that I will continue to purchase called Genie in a Bottle. Fast forward to the next day I walked past & just had to thank her for her advice & the recommendations from her she remembered me & asked how I went & gave me a few more tips for next time. And I walked out with new shampoo & conditioner!!! Will highly recommend Pascale & her team.

The ladies at Oz Hair and Beauty Castle Towers are so friendly and helpful. They take the time to listen to my concerns about my hair and was recommended and shown how to use the Stellar Straightener. It’s the best straightener I’ve ever used (and I’ve used a lot). Thank you lovely ladies.

First class customer service! I usually buy my hair products online however needed advice for my daughters hair so popped into the store for the first time. I was greeted by the super friendly Pascale who listened to our concerns and was able to provide the advice I was after, helping to pick out the best products to try. She clearly knows her stuff and shows great care towards her customers. Thank you for the amazing service...will definitely be back ☺️
